Bdgameghor Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 Introduction & Acknowledgement

Bdgameghor (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "the Platform") operates an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and bdgameghor.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To verify age, bdgameghor may request a photo ID, national identity card, or other documents from the user at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account with bdgameghor. We reserve the right to close any account created using false information. Each individual may only hold one account.

During registration, you will need to create a unique username and password. You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Giving any other person access to your account is strictly prohibited.

• Only one account is permitted per person.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Bdgameghor supports bKash, Nagad, and other local payment methods for users in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Transactions to or from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Bdgameghor may place a transaction on hold pending investigation if it is deemed suspicious.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bdgameghor regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only — any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

In any bonus-related dispute, bdgameghor's decision will be considered final. Misuse of promotional offers may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdgameghor must comply with our betting rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each wager.
• For live betting, odds may change while a match is in progress.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdgameghor reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• A maximum winnings cap applies per event.

For determining the outcomes of cricket, football, and other sports, bdgameghor follows internationally recognised result procedures. In disputed cases, the decision of the official sporting body is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdgameghor. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or system exploitation.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person.
• Attempting bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting.
• Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software.
• Illegal financial transactions or money laundering.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Using a false or incorrect identity.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• In cases of fraud or money laundering, all funds may be forfeited.

Opening a new account using the same details after an account has been closed is prohibited. bdgameghor will cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required.

11 Limitation of Liability

Bdgameghor is committed to delivering the highest quality of service through its Platform. However, bdgameghor is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Financial losses resulting from betting.

In all circumstances, bdgameghor's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

12 Changes & Updates Policy
